412 Elite Box Travel program returns to Indiana this January to participate in the Battle at the Barn presented by Hoosier Lacrosse. Following Denver’s national title, box lacrosse has moved from being the hot trend in training to being the new standard. The number of reps, the speed of play, and the demands on an athlete of playing in a much smaller space exponentially increase stick skills and produce ruthless goal scorers. 412 Elite is proud to enter our fourth year offering our travel box program.

Playing on a box travel team provides the same benefits of playing on a field travel team (exposure to new coaches, new teammates, advanced competition, and traveling to new places) and super charges your stick skills and ability to play in traffic.

Rosters are open to 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 athletes with a roster capacity of 23. Goalies play for free. One roster will participate in the A Division. One roster will participate in the B Division. Both 412 Elite teams advanced to the finals of the 2017 Battle at the Barn with the 19/20 team claiming the B Division title. We are looking forward to field a team to have similar success.

There will not be a formal practice prior to this event,  but athletes will receive a small playbook and will be expected to review prior to a team meeting in Indiana the night prior to the tournament.

Dues include: tournament registration, coaching, coaches travel, uniform, game film, team dinner Saturday evening.

When you watch Canadian kids score, when you see their skill level around the cage, you wonder to yourself, ‘Jeez, are we teaching kids [in the U.S.] the wrong things?
