Denver is electric in transition but very deliberate in settled offense. With less than a minute to play in a tied ball game, the Pioneers work for the final shot of the game. Denver begins their final look after 17 seconds or so of exchanging the ball around the perimeter. Notice the far side attackman cut to the bottom of the screen which opens up the right handed alley. Notre Dame immediately counters by sending a help but an underneath cut and sweep by the ball carrier presents an opportunity for a throw back pass to a wide open man (0:27). The dodger chooses to move the ball forward and the Denver eventually scores on a semi broken play thanks to a diving shovel shot by Connor Cannizzaro.

The initial is pure magic from offensive coordinator Matt Brown.
