Get More out of Your Spring. Supplement your town program with All-Star Level Training.

Practices - Sunday Evenings to eliminate conflicts with town team schedules

Spring Season Runs from February through May

The 412 Elite SPRING ONLY program is the perfect addition for the serious lacrosse player looking to challenge themselves, receive high-level coaching and develop into the best lacrosse player possible. To be the best you must compete and train with the best. The spring is no exception. The program is designed to supplement your town team. This is by no means a replacement for your town team!

Practices will be advanced training sessions where players will receive individual instruction on aspects of their game they will not get at their town's practices. We will also go over team concepts that are used at very high levels of lacrosse. Players will be able to take what they learn at 412 Elite back to their town programs and test themselves at three out of area tournaments. Our goal is to make them better lacrosse players, and better teammates.

We are constantly seeking the best environments for our children to learn and grow. Pittsburgh United Youth gives advanced players the opportunity to train with players of similar abilities during the spring season giving them the ability to excel.

Learn from experienced, unbiased coaches! (No dads of players on staff.) Our coaches have played at highest levels and have coached numerous players to do the same.

The goal of the United Youth is to make you a better player through training in a fast paced, competitive environment and receiving the best coaching available in the Spring Season! Don't wait for the summer club season to be exposed to higher level coaching and competition. (Maryland youth players play club ball exclusively in the spring.)

Coaches will focus on teaching mastery of the fundamentals as well as advanced skills in a team setting. Players will learn tangible and intangible skills that they can take back to their town programs.

We believe in teaching athletes how to be great lacrosse players. We want to develop players that will be good in any environment and on any team. This means players with great stick skills and knowledge of the game. With this foundational knowledge, we then teach players how to make great decisions based on core principles. This methodology has allowed 412 Elite coaches to coach players who have reached the highest levels of lacrosse.

Train and learn in a face paced environment. Spring All-Star practices will be designed to mimic practices of NCAA teams. In an All-Star environment, coaches will be able to teach faster allowing for more touches and more playing. Say goodbye to "dead time" at practice. A faster pace forces players to communicate effectively and make decisions quickly mirroring game scenarios.

Iron sharpens iron, playing with and competing against the best allows players to grow and develop at a faster rate. The All-Star environment will help players stay up-to-speed for their return to All-Star level competition in the summer.

Players will be able to learn more skills and concepts due to the increased level of play.  When players are the best in a given environment they can rely on their strengths and never fully develop. The increased competitive level will allow force players to develop weaknesses and become more well-rounded lacrosse players.

Every Spring All-Star will receive a United Youth jersey, shorts, and shooting. They will also have the option to purchase a United Youth Helmet and Gloves! Gloves will be ordered in early fall to ensure spring delivery.
